Absolutely amazing shop!! I have a 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo, which many car enthusiasts know is a quirky car, and almost always a shop queen. I bought this car after it was basically sitting for five years, and after going to a bunch of shops, Im glad I found one with skilled employees that know what they are talking about. My AC was out from the get go, so we went through the process of a recharge, in which this shop adds a UV dye inside to diagnose any leaks should any arise. I got the car back, and the AC was out again a day later. Brought the car back to the shop, in which they diagnosed the issue at no additional charge since I paid for a recharge. The shop was quick in solving the issue, in which I needed a new compressor. Two weeks after the compressor work was done, the AC was blowing warm again, in which they once again diagnosed it at no additional charge. A bad EVAP coil within the dash, a massive undertaking, quoted at a very fair price. I also had the Hyundai power steering coupler anomaly. Within five minutes of driving the car, they INSTANTLY knew with high confidence that the coupler was gone. A $3 plastic piece, that every other shop I brought my car to, didn

I highly recommend Essential Auto Care! They provide exceptional customer service, and it is rare to find an auto repair shop that is this honest, professional, and genuinely committed to helping its customers. Before bringing my car in, I spoke with Daniel and explained that my car alarm had been going off randomly. I asked if they had a diagnostic scanner, and he said yes. I was surprised when I asked about the diagnostic fee and he told me it was free. Most auto repair shops and dealerships I have dealt with charge for diagnostics, so I truly appreciated his honesty and generosity. Daniel was also very friendly and asked for my name during our phone conversation. When I made the appointment, I let him know that my husband would be bringing the car in. When my husband arrived at the shop, Daniel remembered my name, which was such a nice personal touch and showed how much he genuinely cares about his customers. It took about 90 minutes to diagnose the problem, and they found that a loose latch on the driver's side was causing the issue. Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Booking was easy and took 5 minutes over the phone. Daniel was easy to talk to and was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule. Brian in the shop was also excellent with regard to transparency for a wheel balance and NYS inspection results. The team took great care and knows their way around cars, especially high performance models like the GR Corolla. Prices were very reasonable and clearly outlined, no hidden fees or upcharges. The waiting room is also plenty comfortable and kept cool on hot days. Will be referring others and returning for all future services!

EXCELLENT AUTO SHOP! From the moment you first call you get professionalism from Liz who is very nice and let's you know what's going on. The mechanics did great work, the prices are human being family man normal. I swear to God im going back. They are genuinely concerned with your happiness and satisfaction. They even follow-up. I didn't forget you Andrew, thank you man! Thank you Liz. I don't care how corny I sound they deserve high praise. Thank you Essential Auto. Keep up the good work.

Not one to leave bad review, all I can say is to all DIY jeep enthusiast if you mod your jeep steering wirh say a Metal Cloak tie rods and drag link or other steering upgrades, better of going on Amazon spend $40 get a DIY alignment tool, than paying $57 to lift car and have any work done on it, also was told the Jam nut ls were stuck why could not be worked on but when I put my hand it spun with no problem. Not how I wanted to spend birthday wrenching but have a long drive ahead had to make sure vehicle was in good shape. Again not trying to say anything bad but the company is probably used to working on stock vehicles.
